‘Little People, Big Feelings’ follows TR and Mack (the hopeful black dog) as they help kids better understand their emotions and normalise talking with a counsellor.
The goal is to change the perception of counselling from a ‘mental health intervention’ to it being seen by young people as ‘just a conversation’.
By removing this stigma it is hoped that our kids will be more comfortable talking about little problems, before they become big problems, that often lead to overwhelming thoughts.
